This morning running was awesome. Firstly, I changed my route and increased the distance I normally cover. My new route is about 10 kilometers and it took me 56 minutes to complete one lap this morning.

I started long distance running in 2014 after seeing the documentary “Town of Runners” directed by Jerry Rothwell. Before then, I was not involved in any sport except for my usual walking when I am having my regular thinking walk or visiting a project site.

Long distance running teaches me endurance and the will to never stop no matter how it hurts. (I don’t stop for a second when I run, not even for a vehicle; I just go round them).
